We understand that our clients are busy; therefore our job is to manage the whole procedure and suggest the best service providers in every industry to ensure minimal work on our client’s side. Instead of letting our clients get overwhelmed by third party involvement—mortgage agents, bankers, lawyers, contractors, or cleaners—we oversee that as well. In addition, we also take care of property management and real estate portfolios, from increasing assets to finding tenants.

Riyaad became a Real Estate broker soon after buying his first home; his experience was unpleasant and filled with confusion and hidden costs. But, he quickly realized that buying a house was the best decision he made for his family and because it led him to his current career. Consequently, Riyaad guarantees complete transparency throughout the entire process for his clients. To make sure his clients are always in charge and on top of every aspect along the way, Riyaad educates them the current market, real estate procedures, details all available options, and continues to guide them through each decision as much or as little as they’d like. Riyaad introduces his clients to mortgage agents, home inspectors, and lawyers who are at the top of their field. While Riyaad works throughout the GTA, he specializes in properties in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton, and Milton.
Naailah, being fluent in French and English, worked in the human resource outsourcing industry for several years as a Bilingual Senior Pension Administrator and Bilingual Relocation Consultant, where she worked alongside executives and employees who were relocating for work purposes. As their main point of contact, Naailah guided them through the process of selling their homes and finding ones in their new locality, from the very start to the closing of both properties. Apart from her real estate experience and mortgage expertise, Naailah’s greatest asset is her ability to empathize with clients, and therefore guarantee for them a positive experience.
